Vibrant Tanzanian is combined with smooth Sumatra to create a superbly aromatic, medium bodied coffee with overtones of spice and chocolate. You'll want to linger over this coffee all day.

CREEKSIDE ~ Natural Decaf
Rich Mexican Chiapas and Peruvian Penachi beans are decaffeinated using the natural Swiss Water Process. A truly delicious, smooth cup with all of the flavor without the caffeine.

Ethiopian Yirgacheffe beans are hand roasted, just a pound at a time, to bring out the tangy floral hints and earthy tones to create what I call a 'Mountain Roast' -- rich, silky smooth with a medium body.
This blend is very special to Blue Smoke as it benefits Friends of the Great Smoky Mountains' Trails Forever program, which funds full time crews to maintain the trails within Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
FIREFLY ~ Medium Roast
Rich and velvety smooth. Deep roasted Guatemalan beans give this blend it's richness and earthy notes, while blonde roasted high grown Bolivian beans provide a fresh, enticing citrusy brightness.

HELLBENDER ~ Dark Roast
Guatemalan "Nahuala" and Peruvian "Penachi" beans are combined to give this blend a wonderful fresh richness, with a luxuriously smooth, rich body that is well-rounded with a bright clean finish.

CAMPSIDE ~ French Roast
Rare and very special Costa Rican Santo Rio beans gives this blend a clean, bright, and crisp taste -- with fresh citrus and berry like undertones and soft chocolate notes hiding just beneath the surface.

ROOT BLEND ~ Medium Roast
Medium roasted Columbian San Rafael beans are blended with light roasted, high grown Peruvian beans and a touch of medium roasted, organic chicory and together create a very special blend with soft floral & sweet chicory notes and a gentle citrusy profile.

MAE MAE'S BLEND ~ Medium
High grown Guatemalan and high grown Nicaraguan beans are combined to create a deeply aromatic medium roast that is smooth and bright. Mildly citrusy with an undercurrent of bourbon - a coffee to sip slowly and savor the range of flavors.

Born out of friendship, this blend honors my friend Jody's beautiful guest house, Key West Bed & Breakfast, where it's served each morning.
Costa Rican beans are medium roasted to create an exotic blend with a tantalizing nutty undertone and refreshing notes of rich, tropical berry.
ROOSTER MORNING BLEND
A blend of blends. I combine two of my most popular original blends, Medley & Appalachia to create a light medium roast -- a delicious super blend to help ease you into a new day.

CATALOOCHEE ~ Low Caffeine
Lively Brazilian and smooth Swiss Water Processed Peruvian beans are slow roasted by hand to create a low caffeine blend that is as rich with flavor as any Blue Smoke blend, but half the caffeine.
The Peruvian beans that lower the caffeine in this blend are decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, which uses only pure spring water to flush the caffeine out of the beans.
HOT CHOCOLATIER BLEND
A collaboration with friends at The Hot Chocolatier. Combining organic, raw Cacao Nibs with organic, medium roasted Costa Rican Tarrazu beans.
Combining cacao with coffee intensifies the coffee flavor while bringing out the chocolate undertones found in my Latin American beans. The health benefits of two 'super foods' in one rich, addictively delicious cup.
